Hayley joined the firm in 1993 as a Legal Secretary. She commenced a home study course with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2002.
Specialising in personal injury claims to include road traffic accidents, accidents at work, public liability claims and child claims.
Hayley also has experience in motoring law to include claims against the Motor Insurers' Bureau to compensate victims of accidents involving uninsured and untraced drivers.
Hayley deals with claims proceeding within the Personal Injury Portal Process to include employer's liability claims and public liability claims.
