Making personal injury claims

There are many reasons you might not seek personal injury compensation. You might feel your injury isn’t severe enough for a case, but often the long-term effects of a seemingly minor injury are underestimated and you most likely have a right to claim.

This could be an injury in the workplace - you may have an accident at work or are suffering with a psychological illness caused by stress at work. Other injury claims include road traffic accidents, brain injuries, carbon monoxide poisoning, PTSD and military injuries.

We’ll gather all the information needed to build your case and offer support and solid legal advice in plain English.

Your quality of life is our first and foremost priority, so we’ll get any treatment agreed and funded even before the other side has admitted blame and the legal process has begun. Partnerships with leading treatment and rehabilitation providers as well as national charities also means you’ll have the best medical, material and moral support possible throughout the personal injury claims process. We can arrange meetings over the phone, at your home or in hospital - wherever is most convenient for you.
