She advises on a broad range of cases including:
- orthopaedic injury;
- obstetric and gynaecological claims (including wrongful birth and birth injuries);
- surgical errors;
- fatal claims; and
- claims against nursing homes.
She joined the firm in 2006 and worked as a paralegal before commencing her training contract and qualifying as a solicitor in May 2009. She was promoted to Associate in September 2013 and then to Principal Associate in May 2019.
Kishma was also admitted to practice in the British Virgin Islands in May 2010.
She is a co-opted member of the Birmingham Law Society Counci and Co-Chair of Birmingham Black Lawyers, a social networking organisation founded by Kishma and two colleagues in 2011.
