Ella assists with progression of a wide range of clinical negligence matters, including amputation cases, fatal injuries and acquired cerebral palsy as a result of negligence. Ella also manages her own small case load alongside working with senior legal advisors in high-value claims.
She is currently assisting with the Ian Paterson litigation, working with clients who have undergone unnecessary surgery as a result of Mr Paterson’s criminality.
Prior to joining Shoosmiths, Ella achieved a First-Class Honours in Law and Criminology from the University of Birmingham.
Outside of work, Ella enjoys travelling, dancing and trying new cuisines.
